Tonight was my second attempt at making GF Yorkshire puds. It was better (slightly) but it's a bit like trying to make gold out of snots and dribble.

For some reason best known to Mars, these contain barley malt extract, so that's another big cross on the list. Poop.

Really rather pleasant tasting if a little lacking in the rising department.

Happy to report that Papa John's....

....doesn't appear to have much (if any) barley contamination. Yeehaw!!
